1. Fill out this form and upload photos of the items you would like to consign.
2. Our team will review the photos and let you know if the items are currently being accepted for consignment.
3. If accepted, an auction contract will be required prior to consignment.
4. Our team will coordinate either a drop-off or pickup of the items. Additional charges may apply for pickup services.

Many of the items we receive have been collected over a lifetime and often hold sentimental value that extends beyond their market value. While our experienced team works diligently to maximize exposure and attract competitive bidding, the final selling price is ultimately determined by current market demand.

Because all of our auctions are conducted without reserve, every item sells to the highest bidder, regardless of price. If you choose to consign with Ararity, we encourage you to do so with the understanding that auction results cannot be guaranteed and that final selling prices may differ from your personal expectations.

How Our Auctions Work

• All auctions are conducted without reserve.
• Items are marketed through multiple online auction platforms to maximize bidder exposure.
• Final selling prices are determined solely by competitive bidding and current market demand.
• Ararity cannot guarantee a minimum selling price or the final value of any item.
• Most consignments are listed within 6–12 months, depending on our auction schedule and the type of merchandise. Specialty collections may require additional time to ensure they are marketed in the most appropriate sale.

Consignment Terms

By consigning with Ararity Auctions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ararity does not provide formal appraisal or valuation services.
• Ararity reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an item is suitable for auction.
• Items deemed unsuitable for auction may be donated, recycled, or otherwise responsibly disposed of.
• Unsold items will not be returned and are subject to donation or recycling in accordance with our consignment agreement.
• Ararity reserves the right to determine how items are grouped into lots to maximize marketability.
• Item titles, descriptions, photography, and catalog listings are prepared by Ararity and may differ from a consignor's personal descriptions.
• Due to the volume of auctions we conduct, we are unable to provide individual notifications regarding when specific items will be listed or sold. Consignors are encouraged to monitor our website for upcoming auctions and results.
