Antique 19thC Eben Smith Pewter Whale Oil Lamp Pair

Description:

Mid 19thC. Fine original condition with no major dents dings or repairs. This pair is pictured in Pewter in America (Ledlie Laughlin) plate LXXV no. 649. Called a "Lozenge-Top" lamp. Like most of the pewter (and glass) in this auction, these lamps remained with Ledlie Laughlin until passed down to his son, Dr. Robert Laughlin, whose estate we are currently working with.
