Description:

Ca. Second to third quarter 19thC. Fine with board edges rough not affecting the photos. Three large separate albumen photographs mounted on stiff boards show various stages of appearance. One plain clothes, one with military band style uniforms, and the third in blackface and costume. On the band hats is seen "COURT MINSTRELS". Likely American, possibly English. Many of these USA troupes traveled abroad. Historical pieces, especially in a set of three.
