Three Antique Chinese Red Agate & Metal Seal Stamps

Description:

Circa 19th/20thC. The agate seal shows good wear and the older style characters both on the bottom and two sides, in a beautiful red and white layered 2 1/2" tall natural stone, with two sides plain and smooth. The other two seals are heavy nickel style metal; the taller 2 3/4" seal is elaborately etched on three sides (and the top) showing a man in a boat fishing at night with the moon and stars, the fourth side features two people in a house conversing. The second metal 2 3/8" seal shows incredibly fine and well rendered caligraphy on three sides, the fourth side features a standing scholar (Confucius?) next to the artist's signature. This one is the finer etched seal. However, all three seals are good enough to list separately.
